Will Brake For REMs
Things that have NOT helped me sleep through the night:
1. An extra glass of wine before bed
2. Skipping the wine altogether
3. Exhausting myself at rugby practice beforehand
4. A healthy dose of Nyquil
5. Visualization
6. Really, really wanting to sleep through the night
7. Glass of milk
I am open to suggestions.

Hey chickie. Try melatonin (natural food store) or Aluna (I get it at Publix.)

When I was young I shared a room with my sister, and often resorted to copying her breathing for awhile. Hope this helps!
