How To Help Babies
Apparently, the best way to help babies is to score last-possible-minute free tickets to a March of Dimes Chef & Wine fundraiser, show up as they’re shutting down, gorge yourselves on gourmet food, and milk the open bar for everything it’s worth.
My friend Jeff helped babies by saying, “Hey, we better get another martini before that bimbo behind the bar shuts it down,” VERY loudly, just as another server was behind him, clearing a table.
We know she heard him, but we know that because she snickered, and that means the other one really was a bimbo, and Jeff helped the babies by cheering up the person working on the event with his smartass comment.
Charity’s great. It really just makes you feel so warm inside.

See, this is the difference between my sister and I. I stand on my feet for 32 housr at dance marthon for the children’s miracle network to raise money for babies. Jamie goes drinking. That is why I love her so much; she’s wonderful. :-D
